Question: What is the refund or exchange policy?

Answer: There are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES. If there is an issue with your order such as you receive the wrong item or the item is broken please email me at cakeduplexincorporation@gmail.com with the issue as well as photo proof within NO LATER than 48 hours of receiving the order!

 

Question: When do you ship out orders?

Answer: Please keep in mind I do have 2 jobs. With that being said I make trips to the post office Monday to Saturday! When it comes to my retail orders my goal is ship out the order the same day or the next day depending on my schedule. Some wholesale orders may take longer but I will ship everything out ASAP! I will also keep you updated If needed. 

 

Question: What shipping company do you use?

Answer: I use USPS. USPS is your local mail delivery person. 

 

Question: Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

Answer: Yes! Our products are vegan and cruelty free.

Question: Do you sell your vendors?

Answer: Please contact me via email because some vendors I do sell and some vendors I do not sell because I may be the vendor. 

 

Question: How fast is your processing & shipping?

Answer: For all retail items - processing is usually 1-2 days majority of the time it is the same day or the next day depending on the time you order. Once the package is taken to the post office please allow 1-3 business days to receive your package.

For lipgloss wholesale - depending on the order I will work on the order the same day or the next day. Please be mindful I do work a job as well as I may have an order before you. Once your order is complete and your package is brought to the post office place allow 1-5 days for your package to be delivered depending on your postal service. 

For the inspired wholesale - Please keep in mind that your order is made to order. Meaning once you make your order I will submit your order and please allow 3-5 business days for me to receive the order. Check and then repackage it. Once your package is delivered to the post office please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered to you. The entire process should not be no more than 1-2 weeks (including the delivery.

P.S. - The only way you will receive a bonnet wholesale delivery with fast shipping is if you contact me via email and you settle with what I have on hand. If you are interested in that please contact me via email and we can work something out.
